  • PhD students: There are Research Assistant positions open for PhD students admitted to the PhD program and with demonstrated experience in micro/nanofabrication and/or experimental microfluidics. Additional positions in other areas such as computational modeling are currently open to PhD students who are U.S. citizenship or permanent residents, due to the funding source.   • Graduate students admitted to the MS program at Stony Brook University who are interested in doing research work (MS thesis/Special Projects) can find a basic description of current projects in the MTFD research link.
  • Undergraduate students at any level are encouraged to participate in current projects involving both computational or experimental work. For details contact Prof. Carlos E. Colosqui at carlos.colosqui@stonybrook.edu.
  • Students from Underrepresented minorities in STEM are especially encouraged to inquire about participating in current research projects and educational activities. Our group collaborates in diverse research and educational initiatives with the Center for Inclusive Education (CIE) at SBU and The SBU Chapter of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE).
