Welcome to the
Microfluidics and
Interfacial Fluid Dynamics Laboratory!
The laboratory is aimed at
developing the
science and engineering of small-scale flows to new potentials.
Research topics include advanced micro-fabrication
techniques, small-scale transport processes, multiphase flows,
wetting dynamics, miscible flows, instabilities, and the rheology of
complex fluids. Laboratory goals include the development of innovative
microfluidic systems into
diagnostic, manufacturing, and delivery tools for a wide range of
fluids.
